Zuckerman Homes has been named builder for West Bay Club, a private golf community along the banks of the Estero River. The builder will offer 47 homesites in Nature’s Cove and 34 homesites in Sunset Trace.
Nature’s Cove is a villa home neighborhood at the West Bay Club’s Pete and P.B. Dye-designed golf course.
Zuckerman will offer homes from about 2,600 to more than 3,000 square feet, priced from $495,000.
Singe-family homes are priced from $575,000 in Sunset Trace, an enclave of 65 single-family homes along Halfway creek, next to West Bay club’s River Park. Zuckerman Homes is headed by Andrew, David and Steven Zuckerman. The brothers have been working together since 1976. In addition to the golf course, West bay Club offers a Beach House on Little Hickory Island and a River Park with a day boat launch.
West Bay Club is one mile west of U.S. 41 on Williams Road in Estero. The sales center is at 22050 Tamiami Trail S., at Williams Road.
