The Zuckerman Group has broken ground on the Medalist Country Club Estates & Spa, a 50-acre community at the site of Greg Norman's Medalist Village in Hobe Sound.

The Zuckerman Group bought the village - which includes a world class spa, lounge areas such as the private Aussie Pub, and a par-3 golf course designed by Norman-and the 800 acres of nature preserves that surrounds it.

The community will have 87 homes of 3,000 square feet and larger. Prices start in the $700,000s. Residents will receive free membership to the Medalist Village, including all of its amenities.
