Andrew Zuckerman, president of Zuckerman Homes, announced three new communities: Mariposa at Whippoorwill and Sunset Trace and Nature’s Cove in West Bay Club. Located west of Interstate 75 off Pine Ridge Road on Whippoorwill Lane, Mariposa will have a gated, raised bridge-like paver entrance and will feature a clubhouse, pool and freshwater lake in the center of the community. The coach homes will range in size from 1,500 to 2,100 square feet and include a one-or two-car garage. Mariposa’s townhomes and coach homes from the low $200’s are available for pre-construction sales. Sunset Trace and Nature’s Cove offer single-family homes from the low $500s.
